Sam Goodwin, top 10 Masterchef contestant, has created a wild dining experience exclusively for Wensley guests. Sample the local, seasonal produce and watch on as he cooks over the fire pit and relax as staff take care of the clean up afterwards.
The menu changes seasonally and can be altered to specific tastes or dietary requirements. Currently it does not include alcohol - but he can make recommendations for each course or work with what you bring.

Take the fuss out of packing food for your escape by ordering a gourmet hamper for every meal. French born, Romuald Oudeyer has a wealth of experience in the kitchen, having worked in highly renowned restaurants across Europe and Australia.
After completing 6 years of study at the Loire Val- ley Hospitality School, Ecole hotelier du Val de Loire, Romuald launched his career at Michelin Star restaurant, Château La Roche Le Roy in the Touraine region in the West of France.
At 21 years of age, Romuald moved to Paris, where he commenced work at Michelin Star restaurant La Truffière alongside esteemed Chef, Jean-Christophe Rizet.

Alex Klein is a local plant-based chef, surfer and lover of spices. He lives on 30 acres of bushland down the road from the Wensley and grows the organic produce he serves up to guests, freshly picked on the day.
